Cancellation Policy, Fees & Holidays

Cancellations for standard boarding must be made 7 days or more prior to reservation to avoid 50% cancellation fee. Holiday boarding (New Years, President's Day weekend, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day) must be cancelled 14 days prior to avoid 50% cancellation fee. 

Cancellations for pet sitting or dog walking must be given 24 hours or more before services are to begin to avoid 25% cancellation fee. If services are cancelled on the day services start payment is still due for that day's visits. 

All boarding stays over holiday periods (New Years Eve, New Years, President's Day Weekend, Memorial Day & Memorial Day weekend, July 1-4th, Labor Day & Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and December 23-26th) have an additional $10/night per dog fee attached. 

All pet sitting performed during those same dates include an additional $5/visit holiday fee.
